To safeguard legal rights and interests of the overseas Kashmiris/ Pakistanis and to devise a mechanism for swift fixation, disposal of their civil and other cases, pending in the High Court and Sub-Ordinate Courts of AJ&K and for redressal of any grievance, an overseas complaint cell under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court Azad Jammu & Kashmir has been estabkished in the High Court of Azad Jammu & kashmir. The Overseas Kashmiris/ Pakistanis are requested to mention their National Identity Card numbers for Overseas Kashmiris/ Pakistanis (NICOP) or identity as Overseas Kashmiris/ Pakistanis duly verified from the Ministry of Overseas Kashmiris in their complaints.
